Jennifer Alsdorf, M. Ed., BCBA is a behavior analyst who has worked for CARE since 2012.
Alsdorf received her Master’s degree in Low Incidents Disabilities and Autism from Sam Houston State University in 2011. Since 2003 she has worked with students who exhibit challenging behavior in both home and school settings. Sharing her experiences of working hands-on with individuals that have emotional and behavioral disorders, autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes, schools, and communities; Jennifer has trained hundreds of teachers in the public and private school settings in establishing intensive behavioral interventions and specialized autism programs using ABA in public schools. She has been influential in helping school systems develop transition services for children with autism from more restrictive settings into the least restrictive environment (LRE). Alsdorf was a contributing author on the recently published article “Applied Behavior Analysis: Current Myths in Public Education” (Fielding, et. al., 2010).
