I was raised in Clovis, New Mexico and graduated from high school here! It is an awesome feeling giving back to the community that I was raised in by making a difference in the lives of my clients and their families.
I received two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of New Mexico in 2014. One degree is in Speech and Hearing Sciences and my second degree is in Psychology. I am currently in my last semester of my Master’s of Special Education program at Eastern New Mexico University. I have worked for CARE for 5 years, since 2015. Prior to working with CARE, I worked as a behavior technician for a few months at another agency.
I have a wonderful family who are my best cheerleaders and support system! My husband and I have been married for 4 years, and we have two beautiful children. I stumbled into the field of ABA and fell in love. I knew very quickly that working with children on the Autism Spectrum was my passion. My background in Speech and Hearing Sciences and now my knowledge of Special Education helps me to bring a unique perspective to the field and to my practice!
