Richard Williams resides in Houston, Texas and joined the CARE Team in January 2020.  He completed his studies at The Ohio State University and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Minor in Accounting.  He went on the earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA) which was focused on Business Leadership also graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.  

Richard brings more than 20 years of experience to CARE having had the opportunity to support and lead Fortune 100 organizations in the Insurance and Financial Services sector (15 years with Nationwide and 3 years with AIG), as well as many other smaller organizations in various industries.  These organizations have given him access to some exceptional mentors who have helped shape his leadership style over the years.  

Richard grew up in an Air Force family and has a deep appreciate for the men and women who serve our country.  He is happily married with 4 children ranging in age from 10 months to 19 years.  In his spare time, Richard very much enjoys spending it with family traveling and participating in various activities with his children.
