Our Strategic Plan
During the fall of 2019, CARE’s executive and leadership teams met together in a series of meetings to develop a three-year strategic plan. The outcome of these comprehensive meetings is contained within this report. “Care Strategic Plan Summary”
We would like to thank Dr. Peter Dams, President of Dams and Associates for proving our leadership team with structure and guidance through the development of our strategic plan and follow-up support to ensure successful implementation.
As a result of the strategic planning process, CARE has enhanced their mission, vision, and core value statements. The resulting strategic plan will be used as the basis for creating action plans in the areas of management, communication, policies and procedures, business model, and networking. Our staff will use this strategic plan as a road map into the future, guiding our decision-making. The executive team will measure the organization’s progress towards the established goals of this plan in order to ensure our vision is kept on target. This strategic plan will be a living document which guides the organization. As such it will be reviewed annually and updated as needed.
The executive and leadership teams are prepared to enthusiastically implement this strategic plan with fidelity and lead the organization into fulfilling their vision. We will move toward our vision of “being the provider of choice for all aspects of behavior analysis treatment and consulting” through effective and efficient implementation of our strategic goals and our mission of “positively changing lives through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).”

ABA Programming
CARE’s in-home and community-based ABA programming provides a carefully designed and individualized behavior plan to teach appropriate behavior and independent skills to our clients. Throughout programming, CARE behavior technicians will work with your child to ensure they are successful by using evidence-based practices and making data-based decisions. Consultation Services
CARE provides a wide-range of consult options to help make your school stand out among the rest. Our consultants have extensive experience working in the public and charter school environment.
