Farley has been member of the CARE team since 2016, a practicing behavior analyst since 2015, and working in the ABA field since 2009. Farley has a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in ABA and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has presented original research focused on training staff via telehealth and precision teaching along with providing inclusion training for community organizations such as Girl Scouts. Her research interests include the application of telehealth within the field of ABA, remote supervision, staff training, Verbal Behavior Approach and divided attention. Farley has been a peer reviewer for Behavior Analysis Research and Practice. She brings prior experience in from the group-home and clinic setting.
